Kronos Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions.

The ideal candidate should be able to gather business requirements, translate them into functional designs, and deliver effective workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Kronos-related requirements

- Lead configuration and implementation of Kronos modules : Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Kronos capabilities

- Translate business requirements into functional specs and configure Kronos accordingly

- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollout

- Perform Kronos system administration, including adding pay rules, accrual policies, and interfaces

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and handle system enhancements

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

- Stay updated on new Kronos releases and functionality

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of functional experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions

- Strong knowledge of pay rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, and timekeeping configurations

- Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Interface Configuration, and Reporting

- Ability to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver functional documentation

- Experience supporting Kronos in complex enterprise environments

- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems integration (SAP, Oracle, Workday, ADP, etc.)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Experience with UKG Dimensions (newer cloud-based platform)

- Knowledge of Kronos Attestation, Mobile, or Analytics modules

- Functional knowledge of compliance rules (FLSA, labor laws, etc.)

- Hands-on understanding of SQL for reporting/troubleshooting

- Exposure to union environments or shift-based workforce systems
