Role Summary :

As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for understanding source and target systems, analyzing business requirements, preparing technical design documents, and developing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.

You will work as part of an Agile team to modernize data workflows and support data transformation initiatives for healthcare operations.


Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand source and target database schemas; prepare mapping and requirement documents.

- Develop and convert ETL workflows from PowerCenter to IDMC, including testing and deployment.

- Manage test data and support test execution strategies.

- Create upgrade code and participate in solution enhancement planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects; manage defect tracking and documentation.

- Fully document anomalies, defects, and support recreating steps.

- Collaborate with QA, developers, and business analysts to resolve issues.

- Maintain version control for all deliverables and artifacts.

- Translate technical specifications into business-friendly insights when required.

- Participate in both Agile and Waterfall methodology-based projects.


Required Qualifications :

- BE/B. Tech/MCA from a reputed institution.

- 6+ years in ETL development.

- Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.

- Strong command over SQL, ETL processes, and workflow automation.

- Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter; knowledge of Informatica IDMC is a plus.

- Experience with RDBMS platforms like SQL Server and Oracle.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Nice to Have :

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM frameworks.

- Knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks
