Thryve Digital - Archer Developer

We are looking for a skilled Archer Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the RSA Archer GRC platform, implementing risk management solutions, and ensuring the platform aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements.

The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and long-term sustainability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain risk, compliance, and governance solutions based on business requirements.

- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical

configurations.

- Create reports, dashboards, and workflows within Archer.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing support to users and internal teams.

- Ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of the Archer platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, risk, audit, and compliance functions.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in RSA Archer development and customization.

- Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, or governance frameworks.

- Proficiency in Archer core solutions, including Access Control, Data Feeds, Application Builder, and Notifications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.

- Understanding of integration methods using REST/SOAP APIs or flat file transfers
