We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML models and integrating them into enterprise-level solutions to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Build predictive and analytical models for classification, forecasting, and recommendation use cases.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI models in production environments.

- Implement best practices for model validation, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML to recommend process and performance improvements.

- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless model deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- 5-6 years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.

- Proficiency in Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.

- Hands-on experience with API development and model integration into enterprise applications.

- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment.

- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
