What Youll Do :

- Design, implement, and extend features across both front-end and back-end, working end-to-end from API/service layer through UI.

- Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to convert product vision into reliable, high-impact engineering solutions.

- Build robust, scalable services including REST/GraphQL APIs, business logic, data persistence, caching, microservices, and event pipelines.

- Develop rich, responsive UI interfaces using modern frameworks and front-end tools.

- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the stack queries, memory usage, concurrency, caching, and throughput.

- Ensure strong code quality, testing, observability, and deployment hygiene.

- Participate in design discussions and contribute to the evolution of the platform.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering practices.

What You Bring :

- 3+ years of full-stack or backend+frontend engineering experience.

- Strong skills in one or more backend languages (Java, Go, Python, Node.js) and API development.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), query optimisation, and schema design.

- Familiarity with distributed systems fundamentals, microservices, message queues, and async workflows.

- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Linux environments.

- Strong problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and effective communication skills
