Job Title : Practice Lead Network Services


Location : Noida (Sector-132)


Experience : 8-15 Years


Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Network Practice Lead to drive network delivery capabilities, lead a team of engineers, and oversee end-to-end implementation of network solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper technologies, along with hands-on experience in managing customer engagements and delivering complex network projects.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage the Network Services practice, ensuring successful delivery of network projects.


- Oversee a team of network engineers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.


- Manage end-to-end delivery of network implementation, optimization, and support services.


- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during technical discussions and project updates.


- Ensure delivery excellence through best practices, process improvements, and governance.


- Evaluate project requirements and allocate resources effectively.


- Review and validate network designs, configurations, and technical documentation.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution planning and execution.


Required Skills & Competencies :


- Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper networking technologies.


- Experience with routing, switching, wireless, network security, and data center networks.


- Proven capability in implementing large-scale network solutions.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong customer-facing experience.


- Ability to lead and manage a team of network engineers effectively.


Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).


- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, Aruba ACMP/ACMX, Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE) highly preferred.


- Demonstrated experience in handling major network implementation projects.
