Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Governance Analyst to support and strengthen IT governance, policy management, and regulatory compliance for our NBFC client.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the NBFC or financial services domain and the ability to translate them into effective IT controls, policies, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities/KRAs :

- Interpret and implement NBFC-specific regulatory requirements within the IT governance framework.

- Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including IT policies, reports, governance templates, and audit materials.

- Support drafting of IT-related contractual documents and assist in evaluating vendor agreements.

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for structured documentation, presentations, and reporting.

- Coordinate with internal teams to track compliance, governance activities, and closure of audit findings.

- Assist in monitoring IT controls, security practices, and application governance.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on governance updates and initiatives.

- Support periodic IT risk assessments, audit preparedness, and compliance reporting.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong understanding of NBFC or financial sector regulatory guidelines related to IT governance and compliance.

- Knowledge of IT applications, system workflows, security principles, and basic architecture concepts.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to interpret regulations and convert them into practical governance processes.

- Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder interactions.

- Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.

- 24 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, IT risk, or related roles within NBFCs or regulated financial institutions
