Position Overview :

Work Type : Contract

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Tosca along with exposure to other Tricentis tools such as qTest and Vera.

This role demands a combination of technical expertise, tool administration, and client-facing capabilities.

The individual will be responsible for managing testing tools, troubleshooting issues, supporting delivery teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Tosca Administration & Tool Management :

- Perform test run validation, module validation, and maintain synchronization settings

- Troubleshoot issues related to Tosca DeX machines and license servers

- Manage and update tool licenses effectively

- Handle installation and maintenance of Tosca and qTest (on-premises)

Tricentis Tools Expertise :

- Work with Tosca, qTest, and Vera across projects

- Provide both administrative and end-user support for tools

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Share regular status updates and reports with stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose solutions

- Participate in requirement reviews, ensuring testability and identifying quality risks

Domain Expertise :

- Apply domain knowledge in Bioinformatics, R&D, Preclinical, and Clinical environments to

enhance testing outcomes

Client Engagement :

- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams

- Align delivery with client business objectives

- Manage communication, reviews, and governance meetings

Delivery & Operations :

- Coordinate with internal delivery, engineering, and support teams

- Monitor project health, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation plans

- Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Tosca (administration and usage)

- Experience with Tosca DeX, license server management, and troubleshooting

- Knowledge of Tricentis tools (qTest, Vera) and on-prem installations

- Ability to support both administrative and user-level activities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Domain expertise in Bioinformatics, R&D, Preclinical, or Clinical

- Proven experience in client engagement and delivery governance

(Optional Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD integration

- Exposure to regulated environments (GxP/clinical compliance)
