Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Node.js Full Stack Tech Lead with 8-12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for guiding a team in the end-to-end development of robust and scalable applications. This role requires deep expertise in Node.js for backend services and React for building dynamic user interfaces. The successful candidate will also have a strong background in Java/Spring Boot, API development, and will possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Mentoring : Act as a technical leader, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of developers. You will be responsible for setting technical direction and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.

Full Stack Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications. This includes building scalable backend services with Node.js and crafting responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.

API Development & Integration : Design, develop, and integrate secure and performant APIs. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, and with third-party services.

Code Quality & Best Practices : Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Architectural Oversight : Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the solutions are scalable and resilient. This includes leveraging experience with Java/Spring Boot where necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of professional experience in software development.

- Mandatory experience as a Tech Lead, with a proven track record of leading development teams.

- Strong, hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.

- Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Proven experience in API development and integration.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate with a diverse team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with NestJS.

- Knowledge of Kotlin.

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
