Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions across the stack.

You will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient applications, working closely with architects, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade features with exceptional performance and user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components for the Low Code / No Code PaaS.

- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks.

- Implement secure, resilient, and scalable backend services and APIs.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Optimize systems for distributed caching, OLTP performance, and high-volume workloads.

- Work with data transformation, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance systems across the stack for reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in full stack engineering for enterprise-grade cloud PaaS/SaaS solutions.

- Proven track record in building scalable, secure, and resilient applications across frontend and backend.

- Hands-on technologist with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Passion for full stack engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Skills :

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Frontend Technologies : Angular, React, JavaScript

- Backend & Programming Languages : Java, Node.js, Python, GoLang, Scala

- Workflow & Integration : JBPM, Apache Camel

- Databases : NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.), PostgreSQL, OLTP systems

- Caching & Performance : Redis, Distributed Caching

- Data Engineering : Data Transformation, ETL tools

- Cloud Platforms : AWS and Azure (hands-on expertise required)

- Engineering Practices : Strong knowledge of code review processes, clean coding standards, and design patterns

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS Certified Developer Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD)

- Security-related certification (e.g., CCSP, CISSP) is a plus

Good to have :

- Exposure to AI/ML technologies : AIML, LLMs, Vector Databases, RAG, MCP

- Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline
