Job Overview :

We're looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead Quality Assurance for a large-scale transformation program.

You'll be based in Bangalore on a 6-month contract for a long-term project.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP functions, products, and integration touchpoints, coupled with extensive experience in various types of testing, including functional, non-functional (performance, load, security), and automation using tools like Tricentis Tosca.

Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing diverse teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Quality Assurance efforts for large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

- Leverage a strong understanding of SAP Functions, Products, and Integration touchpoints to design comprehensive test strategies.

- Apply in-depth knowledge of key SAP modules such as FI, Ariba, SuccessFactors, MM, and P2P to define test scope and scenarios.

- Oversee and conduct various types of testing, including :

1. Functional Testing (SAP) : Ensuring business processes and configurations meet requirements.

2. Non-Functional Testing : Including Performance and Load Testing to assess system scalability and responsiveness.

3. Security Testing : Identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring data protection.

- Drive the adoption and implementation of automation tools, specifically with hands-on experience or a strong understanding of Tricentis Tosca.

- Utilize a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to integrate QA activities seamlessly into development sprints.

- Collaborate effectively with diverse, large teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Manage test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting for complex SAP landscapes.

Essential Skills :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading Quality Assurance for large-scale transformation programs.

- Good understanding of SAP Functions, Products, and Integration touchpoints.

- Strong understanding of key SAP modules, including FI, Ariba, SuccessFactors, MM, and P2P.

- Experience working with SAP cALM is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage large and diverse teams effectively.

- Hands-on experience in different kinds of testing using automation tools.

- Proven expertise in Functional Testing (SAP).

- Experience with Non-Functional Testing, specifically Performance and Load Testing, and Security Testing.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

- Understanding of Automation tools such as TRICENTIS TOSCA
