Job Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation scripts using Playwright (JavaScript).

- Support the development of script during the migration from Ranorex to Playwright, ensuring best practices and efficiency.

- Implement end-to-end (E2E), UI (ERP Infor M3, Salesforce, Public Websites) API (REST API), and cross-browser testing for web applications.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) for continuous testing.

- Optimize test execution using parallel testing, cloud-based platforms BrowserStack/LambdaTest), and headless execution.

- Improve test data management and reduce test flakiness with AI-driven solutions.

- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to implement shift-left testing.

- Monitor and analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights for process improvements.

- Understand Guardian domains, business functionalities and technical landscapes of the applications in scope.

- Ability to understand the complex integration between various applications and perform end-to-end testing in an ERP landscape.

- Develop, run and maintain automated regression suite.

- Participate in various agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-up calls, sprint retrospective etc.

- Communicate regression/automation development status to program team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- 7+ years of experience in test automation & quality engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) and modern test frameworks.

- Experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured, Playwright API testing, etc.

- Well versed in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and executing parallel tests.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation, scalability and efficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead :

- Experience and working knowledge in automation testing using Playwright & JavaScript.

- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps.

- Hands on experience in Dev-Ops like CI/CD pipeline setup and Dev-Ops set-ups.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Mobile automation experience.

- Performance testing experience using JMeter, Neoload etc.

- Good knowledge of the current market trends.

- Experience in performance, accessibility, and security testing is a plus.

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest, SauceLabs)
