We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Python (backend) and React.js (frontend), comfortable working across the entire stack to design, build, and maintain scalable web and/or mobile applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing front-end architecture, building robust back-end services and APIs, ensuring responsiveness and performance, and collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will work on projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment, including the opportunity to build and integrate AI-powered features and applications, requiring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a sense of ownership to deliver high-quality products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and/or mobile applications end-to-end.

- Build robust backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI).

- Develop responsive frontend interfaces and reusable components with React.js/Next.js.

- Ensure cross-platform optimization, performance, and security of applications.

- Integrate and optimize AI-powered features and third-party APIs.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Must-Haves :

- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science (from reputed institutes) or equivalent practical experience.

- 1 - 4 years of software development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and logical problem-solving.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.

- Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.

- Strong front-end skills with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience in React.js / Next.js.

- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch (at least one).

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

- Builders mindset - ownership, accountability, and adaptability in solving end-to-end problems.

- Curiosity for AI - interest in working with and integrating AI-powered features and APIs.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Exposure to other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) or MVC frameworks.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, APIs, or model deployment.

- Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
