Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced TOSCA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of automation experience, including a minimum of 6 years specifically with TOSCA for SAP ERP ECC or S/4HANA.

You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing test automation frameworks, designing test strategies, and ensuring robust test execution.

This role requires strong technical skills in TOSCA, deep understanding of SAP modules, and experience with integrating TOSCA into various tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage a minimum of 8 years of automation experience, demonstrating strong technical, optimization, and enhancement skills in TOSCA.

- Lead TOSCA Automation for SAP ERP ECC or S/4HANA with a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

- Possess a good understanding of key SAP Modules such as SD, FI, MM, WM, ARIBA, P2P, and API integration points.

- Develop robust Test Automation Frameworks, design comprehensive Test Automation Strategies, establish best practices, define project structures, and implement effective review processes.

- Lead Test Case Development, manage Infrastructure maintenance, orchestrate Distributed Execution (DEX), oversee Server Maintenance, and manage TDS (Test Data Service).

- Apply strong knowledge to debug and optimize test scripts for performance and fine-tuning, ensuring efficient test execution.

- Utilize knowledge and experience in integrating TOSCA with other tools such as LiveCompare, CI/CD Pipelines, NeoLoad, and various Test Management Tools.

- Capture key Metrics, prepare comprehensive Reports and Dashboards, derive accurate estimates, handle RFPs, foster strong team collaboration, and provide mentorship.

- Actively involve in Continuous Improvement initiatives, identify test coverage gaps, and continuously optimize existing test scripts for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and effective management skills when interacting with stakeholders and teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of automation experience, with strong technical, optimization, and enhancement skills in TOSCA.

- TOSCA Certified, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience handling TOSCA Automation for SAP ERP ECC or S/4HANA.

- Good understanding of key SAP Modules like SD, FI, MM, WM, ARIBA, P2P, and API.

- Proven experience in developing Test Automation Frameworks, designing Test Automation Strategies, defining best practices, project structures, and review processes.

- Expertise in Test Case Development, Infrastructure maintenance, Distributed Execution (DEX), Server Maintenance, and TDS (Test Data Service).

- Strong knowledge to debug and optimize test scripts for performance and fine-tuning.

- Knowledge and experience in integrating TOSCA with other tools such as LiveCompare, CI/CD Pipelines, NeoLoad, and Test Management Tools (ALM or JIRA experience is a plus).

- Ability to capture Metrics, prepare Reports and Dashboards, derive estimates, handle RFPs, engage in team collaboration, and provide mentorship.

- Proven ability to drive Continuous Improvement, identify test coverage gaps, and optimize scripts.
