Job Description :

- Independently manage WMS implementation at client warehouses

- Good understanding of warehousing processes and modules in a typical WMS tool

- Work with end users to troubleshoot and query resolution

- Should be able to answer business queries and parallely work with product team for issues resolution/enhancements.

- Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings)

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
