About the Role :
We are seeking experienced Implementation Consultants to lead end-to-end implementations of a CRM product enhanced with AI capabilities for US and European customers. This is a client-facing, individual contributor role where you will own customer implementations, provide business consulting, and ensure continuous value realization post go-live.
The role requires strong communication skills, deep implementation experience, and the ability to work independently with global customers in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Delivery :
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Own delivery for a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful outcomes, adoption, and long-term value
- Translate customer business challenges into well-designed CRM and AI-enabled solutions
- Configure CRM workflows, automation, analytics, and AI-driven features based on customer needs
Customer Consulting & Success :
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing business consulting, solution guidance, and best practices
- Proactively guide and educate customers to help them optimize and fully leverage the CRM platform
- Respond effectively to high-impact or business-critical issues, ensuring clarity, confidence, and strong customer relationships
- Drive continuous improvement, adoption, and value realization to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
Collaboration & Execution :
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, AI, and global delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of customer requests, ensuring efficient delivery within available hours
- Contribute to defining and improving best-in-class implementation and customer service processes
- Maintain accountability for quality, accuracy, and timely delivery when working with distributed teams
Requirements :
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or customer-facing delivery roles
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or CRM implementations end to end
- Strong understanding of implementation frameworks and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) mandatory
- Comfortable engaging with and influencing manager-level and senior stakeholders
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into solutions
- Ability to manage priorities, multitask under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Comfortable working in US or European time zones
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, or similar)
- Exposure to AI-enabled CRM features such as automation, predictive analytics, recommendations, chatbots, or GenAI use cases
- Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise product ecosystems, or ERP implementations
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and solution configuration
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Work Model & Shifts :
- Fully remote role
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred, but not mandatory
- Shifts may be fixed or rotational depending on client and project requirements
