Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Systems Lead to drive the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across the enterprise. This role will act as a functional and strategic lead for HR technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR systems that support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, payroll systems, analytics, and HRIS transformation, along with the ability to partner with business and HR stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle HCM Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end enterprise-level HRIS implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Own functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple Oracle HCM modules.

- Act as the subject matter expert for Core HR, Payroll, OTBI, and Redwood UI.

- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.

HR Technology & Process Excellence :

- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, identifying waste and optimizing HR processes.

- Ensure system configurations align with best practices, compliance, and organizational policies.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights :

- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using OTBI and other reporting tools.

- Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate, timely HR analytics.

Governance & Investment Enablement :

- Prepare business cases and investment justifications for HR technology initiatives.

- Support leadership approvals for new systems, enhancements, and upgrades.

- Ensure audit readiness, data integrity, and system governance standards.

Industry & Domain Alignment :

- Apply domain knowledge (where applicable) from mining, construction, engineering, or asset-intensive industries to tailor HR solutions.

- Support workforce models relevant to large, distributed, or project-based organizations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have :

- 8 to 11 years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS, with deep specialization in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle HCM implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in :

a. Core HR

b. Payroll Systems

c. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

d. Redwood User Experience

- Hands-on experience in functional design, configuration, and solution ownership.

- Strong understanding of Lean principles and process optimization.

- Experience developing business cases and ROI-driven proposals for technology investments.

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to mining, construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries.

- Experience working in large, complex, or multi-entity organizations.

- Familiarity with HR compliance, audits, and data governance standards.
