Location : Remote.

Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM 3 : 30 PM IST.

Department : Salesforce Practice / Technology.


Job Summary :


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, managing a small to medium-sized team, and working directly with clients to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.


This role requires a strong functional understanding of Salesforce, hands-on project delivery experience, and excellent leadership and client communication skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion.

- Oversee a small to mid-sized team of Salesforce developers and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals.

- Provide functional expertise across Salesforce products and modules.

- Monitor team performance and support resource planning and allocation.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and risks.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Salesforce practice.


Requirements :


- 58 years of experience in Salesforce, with strong functional knowledge.

- Proven experience in successfully delivering Salesforce projects.

- Hands-on experience managing small to medium-sized teams.

- Prior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with project management tools.

- Exposure to various Salesforce modules and third-party integrations.
