Role : Senior Developer (CS CORE)

Location : Hyderabad

Working Days : 5 Days (Sat & Sun Week Off)

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, maintainable, and highly reliable systems that directly support Customer Service operations worldwide.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and has strong experience with modern JavaScript ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and migration toward modern architecture and frameworks.

- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and APIs.

- Build and maintain frontend functionality using Vue.js and Vuetify.

- Design and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by :

1. CS AI applications

2. chatbot platforms

3. Zendesk integrations and more

- Contribute to decoupling and redesigning existing monolithic services into domain-oriented microservices.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices.

- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and reliability.

- Ensure high standards in :

1. Code quality

2. Automated testing

3. Documentation

4. Maintainability

- Contribute to automated testing strategy and engineering best practices.

- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.

- Improve system observability using tools such as Datadog.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical

experience.

- 5+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong experience with :

1. JavaScript / TypeScript

2. Node.js

3. Vue.js

4. REST APIs

5. Microservices architecture

Experience with :

1. Vue 3

2. Vuetify

3. Modern frontend development practices

- Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.

- Experience with :

1. Docker

2. Kubernetes

3. CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with :

1. Elasticsearch

2. Event-driven systems

3. Asynchronous architectures

- Strong experience in :

1. Debugging

2. Incident resolution

3. Performance optimization

- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog.

- Active usage of AI-assisted engineering tools such as :

1. GitHub Copilot

2. Anthropic Claude Code

3. Microsoft Copilot

4. Cursor AI or similar

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience modernizing legacy applications.

- Experience with :

1. Kafka

2. Google Pub/Sub

3. Distributed systems

- Experience in eCommerce or Customer Service technology domains.

- Familiarity with Java or Spring Boot ecosystems.

- Experience being part of cross-functional international teams.
