The Emmes Company - Senior UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Role : Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences for Emmes software products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.

Responsibilities :

- Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions

- Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility

- Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions

- Creates design specifications and works with developers to ensure that designs are

implemented accurately

- Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user

experience.

Qualifications :

- Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, Human-Computer Interaction

(HCI) or a related field is preferred but not required

- 4+ years of experience in UX design

- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experiences across multiple projects

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability

testing

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
