Testing Innovation Manager - Automation Testing

Job Description :

We are looking for a Testing Innovation Manager to lead next-generation Quality Engineering initiatives using Playwright, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, and AI-powered Automation.

What You'll Do :

- Build AI-driven test automation frameworks

- Design autonomous testing solutions using AI Agents & MCP Servers

- Develop intelligent testing accelerators and reusable frameworks

- Drive enterprise Quality Engineering transformation

- Collaborate with product, AI, and customer teams to deliver innovative solutions

What We're Looking For :

- 812 years in Software Testing/Quality Engineering

- Strong expertise in Playwright, SpecFlow & BDD

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents & Prompt Engineering

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

- Strong architecture, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
