Telecom experience is mandatorily required on recent projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Requirements :

- 10- 14 years of overall IT/software testing experience with at least 3- 5 years in a Test Manager/Lead role.

- Telecom/Broadband domain experience is mandatory.

- Strong background in both manual and automation testing.

- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, UiPath, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and working in cross-functional squads.

- Proficient with test management and collaboration tools JIRA, Confluence.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
