- Hands on Web and Mobile banking testing exp - 5 yrs

- Test manager exp in Banking domain - 7 to 8 yrs

- Test process documentation and planning - Test strategy, Test planning, Governance, Audits, reporting, Metrics

- Agile test project management - Hands on exp

- Strong communications skills and stakeholder management

- Multiple level stakeholder management

Good to have :

- Database testing exposure

- End to End payment processing knowledge

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage testing initiatives for mobile and web banking applications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

- Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and quality metrics.

- Oversee the full testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect management, closure activities, and audits.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, Infra, Security, Product Owners) to ensure smooth delivery.

- Drive Agile testing practices, participate in ceremonies, and ensure continuous improvement in processes.
