Description :

Lead testing for complex Power CARD programs (Issuer/Acquirer/Switch), manage SIT/UAT, optimize test coverage for authorizations, clearing/settlement, disputes, and scheme mandates. Govern quality gates, metrics, environment readiness, and cutover validations.

Responsibilities :

- Own test strategy, estimates, risk management, and environment planning (switch, HSM, connectors).

- Review requirements & solution design; drive traceability and coverage KPIs.

- Lead execution for functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.

- Oversee scheme certifications/mandate releases, ensure compliance and evidence.

- Build test accelerators : ISO 8583 parsers, reusable API collections, data seeding utilities.

- Mentor team, drive defect prevention, and release quality metrics (DRE, MTTR, pass rate).

- Stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Vendors, and client UAT teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep knowledge of PowerCARD architecture & modules, end- to-end payment flows.

- Expert in ISO 8583, settlement constructs, interchange/fees, reconciliation & GL impacts.

- Strong SQL, log analysis, and API testing leadership.

- Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
