Role : Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our QA team and ensure top-notch quality across our mobile and web application platforms. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality products and mentoring QA teams.


Job Title : Test Lead


Location : Bangalore (On-site 5 days a week)


Experience : 6 to 8 Years


Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Preferred


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.

- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and execution frameworks.

- Be hands-on with test execution while also leading the QA team.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to align on testing goals and timelines.


- Ensure thorough test coverage across functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members; conduct performance and code/test reviews.

- Track and report on QA metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and production defects.

- Take ownership of defect triage, RCA, and ensure quick resolutions.

- Ensure all testing milestones are aligned with release schedules.

- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.


Requirements :


- 6 to 8 years of overall experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

- Strong hands-on experience testing mobile and web applications.

- Proven experience managing QA teams and interacting with clients/stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
