Role Overview :

As a Test Lead at Ramfincorp, you will spearhead the quality engineering strategy, ensuring that our financial platforms meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

You will bridge the gap between technical development and business requirements, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing roadmaps.

Your leadership will be pivotal in driving automation initiatives, optimizing release cycles, and fostering a culture of quality that directly impacts customer trust and business scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks to accelerate delivery cycles and improve overall software reliability.

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance to ensure best practices in test planning, execution, and defect management are consistently met.

- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate complex business requirements into robust test scenarios that mitigate operational risks.

- Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from unit and integration testing to performance and security validation, ensuring seamless product launches.

- Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in development processes and system stability.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent reporting on project health, quality benchmarks, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining scalable Test Automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and scripting languages.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale Quality Assurance initiatives, with 12 to 17 years of experience in managing complex software testing environments.

- Strong proficiency in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and rapid deployment models.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical quality strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and the ability to mentor high-performing teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon.
