Test Engineer - WLAN/WiFi Testing

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in WLAN/Wi-Fi Testing

- IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards

- Linux OS and command-line tools

- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, Routing & Switching

- Wireshark for packet capture and protocol analysis

- Wi-Fi Access Point (AP) and wireless client configuration

- Test automation frameworks for wireless validation

- Strong debugging and analytical skillsey

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute end-to-end test cases for WLAN features to ensure high-performance connectivity and robust security protocols.

- Analyze packet-level data using Wireshark to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide actionable insights to the development team.

- Validate TCP/IP stack implementations and routing/switching configurations to ensure optimal data throughput and network reliability.

- Automate repetitive testing tasks to accelerate release cycles and improve overall testing efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to reproduce field-reported issues, ensuring rapid resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
