Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for Wi-Fi features, security, and performance.
- Analyze issues using tools like Wireshark, Omnipeek, TCPdump, logcat, and more.
- Set up and manage testbeds and baseline test environments.
- Collaborate with development and system teams for issue identification and resolution.
- Document bugs and test results clearly, providing corrective action recommendations.
- Work on regulatory and certification-related testing when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience with WLAN security, including WPA2/WPA3 and various EAP types.
- Proficient in using traffic and analysis tools like iperf, Chariot, Omnipeek, Wireshark.
- Familiarity with tools/utilities such as supplicant, hostapd, and RADIUS servers.
- Hands-on debugging using TCPdump, logcat, etc.
- Experience across multiple operating systems including Linux, RTOS, Windows, and Android.
- Sound understanding of analog/digital modulation and networking principles.
- Experience in scripting using Python, TCL, Perl.
- Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Wi-Fi Alliance certification is a plus.
Good to Have :
- Experience in Wi-Fi Alliance or regulatory certification testing.
