Test Engineer - Software Testing

Job Description :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, ensuring reliable and high-quality product releases.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum.

- Skilled in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

- Experience in manual testing, API testing, defect tracking, and preparing detailed test documentation.

- Hands-on with Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail/Zephyr, and SQL for backend validation.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) with ability to support automation initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and smooth releases.

- Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile teams, contributing to continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
