Job Description :

- Proven experience of 4 years of hands-on experience of functional testing.

- Strong knowledge of quality best practices and methodologies for software testing

- Experience with automation tools such as selenium, Cypress.io Katalon Studio etc.is a value added.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience in QA methodology, familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools, workflows, test case management tools, agile tools, and project tools,

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

- Working knowledge of test management software

- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude, Strong organizational skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task day-to-day activities

Responsibilities :

- Work with the team on Manual Testing of Web, API and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with Product team and other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies, test plans and use cases.

- Execute test cases and analyze results. Evaluate product code according to specifications

- Create logs to document testing phases and defects

- Report defect to development teams

- Help troubleshoot issues and document ever-evolving workflows and issue resolutions.

- Conduct post-release or post-implementation testing

- Comfortably run and read automated test scripts, own prioritization of use cases to be scripted, contribute to code reviews, write medium-high complexity test scripts independently

- Automate functional tests

- Serve as a point person for providing testing estimates and communicating test plan, report metrics and conduct reviews/audits to ensure that all project work and deliverables consistently meet Product Quality standards

- Support and mentor other Software Test Engineers

- Map business and technical requirements into test cases and/or test scripts

- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices

- Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities

- Reporting team/project metrics
