Job Summary :

Shephertz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure high-quality delivery of software products. Strong skills in C#, .NET, and TypeScript are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated).

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Create and maintain test automation frameworks using C# and .NET.

- Write and maintain scripts for automated testing using tools like Selenium or similar.

- Perform API testing and database validation as required.

- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in C# and .NET framework.

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and web-based UI testing.

- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar.

- Good knowledge of REST API testing and tools like Postman.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

- Exposure to performance and load testing tools.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
