Skilled AI Test Automation Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to lead intelligent test generation initiatives using AI tools like AugmentCode.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI testing, combined with hands-on experience in leveraging AI to automate test case creation, script generation, and defect analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Use AI tools (e.g., AugmentCode, Co-pilot, Amazon Q) to analyze requirement documents and web applications for generating UI and API test cases.

- Automate the creation of test scripts using AI-assisted workflows for frameworks like Cypress, Playwright.

- Collaborate with QA and development teams to integrate AI-generated test cases into CI/CD pipelines.

- Refine and validate AI-generated test cases & test scripts using domain knowledge and manual review.

- Develop reusable components and maintain version control of generated test assets.

- Analyze test results and defects using AI tools to identify patterns and improve coverage.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in UI I test automation using tools like Cypress and Playwright.

- Familiarity with the principles behind generative models, how they work, and their potential outputs.

- Advanced Prompt Writing Techniques: Using more sophisticated linguistic structures and phrasings to guide the model's outputs.

- Ability to fine-tune and train models on specific datasets, understand overfitting, and apply regularization techniques.

- Hands-on experience with AI-based test generation tools (e.g., AugmentCode,Co-pilot ,Amazon Q,Testim, Functionize, etc.

- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.

- Familiarity with requirement analysis, test data preparation, and defect triaging.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
