- Minimum 6+ yrs of experience in 4G/5G network testing, Femtocell (Small Cell) integration, and end-to-end validation of RAN and Core components, with a demonstrated history of working in the telecom industry.

- Familiar with AWS/VMWare/WindRiver/Kubernetes/Open stack and Basic Linux for multivendor RAN tools and technologies for 5G-NR and 5G-NSA.

- Familiar with Testing and analysis tools like Tems/Nemo/XCAL/XCAP/QXDM/QCAT/Wireshark and RADCOM.

- Skilled in functional, regression, mobility, and OAM feature testing for LTE and 5G SA/NSA networks.

- Strong technical background and a good understanding of Femtocell (Small Cells) and 4G/5G technology.

- E2E Network Integration, Functional regression, Call Processing & OAM feature testing, debugging of complex issues in the lab and field.

- Hands on Experience in designing feature test Strategy, test case planning and test case design.

- Good technical knowledge about the latest LTE/5G features like, ENDC, CBRS related features (SAS Servers, Domain proxy, etc), L2/L3 testing, Mobility testing, UE-ANR testing, SA Option2, PTP, EPS fallback, SON, etc.

- Familiar with LTE/5G-NR Protocol stacks (SDAP/RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC & PHY) and network layers (Logical/Transport & Physical layers).
