Job Title : Test Consultant /Testing Manager with Project Management Experience

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Test Consultant with a solid background in Quality Assurance and Project Management to support high-impact Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and government technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual, automation, and performance testing, with the ability to lead QA efforts and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in complex public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Lead QA activities for DPI platforms across API, web, and mobile interfaces.

- Design and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, automation, and performance testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases, defect logs, and reports.

- Maintain traceability between test cases and business/technical requirements.

Project Management :

- Serve as the QA delivery owner, ensuring timelines and project alignment.

- Collaborate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.

- Manage project artifacts: test schedules, dashboards, and risk logs.

- Lead QA status meetings, present progress updates, and escalate blockers proactively.

- Ensure compliance with government security, accessibility, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 8 years in QA and software testing.

- At least 2 years in a QA lead, coordination, or hybrid QAproject management role.

- Experience testing large-scale public or enterprise systems.

Proficient in :

- Functional/API Testing : Postman, REST Assured

- Automation Tools : Selenium, Appium, Cypress

- Performance Testing : JMeter, Locust

- CI/CD & Version Control : Jenkins, Git

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder and risk management experience in public sector or government projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as ISTQB or PMP are a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
