Test Automation Engineer - Java/Selenium

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Core Java.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.

- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools.

- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in automation techniques and tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and related technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Core Java.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Java programming.

- Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.

- Familiarity with Python scripting (Good to have).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus.
