Role Overview :

The Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall test strategy, designing a scalable test automation framework, and managing test execution for Avature Pre-Boarding country rollout projects. The role ensures high-quality delivery of Avature platform implementations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies for Avature Pre-Boarding rollout initiatives.

- Design, build, and maintain an automated testing framework aligned with project and business requirements.

- Perform test planning, estimation, and execution management across multiple rollout cycles.

- Create and automate test scenarios, regression suites, and integration test cases.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business teams to ensure requirement clarity and defect resolution.

- Monitor and report test execution progress, quality metrics, and risks.

- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support validation of Avature configurations and customizations for country-specific deployments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

- Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and scripting languages.

- Experience with COTS applications, specifically Avature (Pre-Boarding or broader modules).

- Ability to manage end-to-end test cycles and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition platforms.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
