Role Overview :

As a Test Automation Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance automation frameworks that define the quality engineering standards for our enterprise-grade applications. You will operate at the intersection of development and quality assurance, collaborating closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align testing strategies with business objectives. By architecting sophisticated automation solutions, you will directly influence the speed of delivery, reduce time-to-market, and ensure a seamless, bug-free experience for our global user base, ultimately driving operational excellence across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright to ensure high reliability and maintainability across complex web and mobile ecosystems.

- Lead the technical strategy for quality engineering by evaluating emerging tools and methodologies to optimize testing cycles and improve overall system stability.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster feedback loops and seamless deployment processes.

- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for test automation to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple product lines.

- Analyze performance bottlenecks and quality risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to mitigate production issues and enhance product quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale automation frameworks with deep proficiency in Playwright and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

- Proven ability to lead complex technical transformations, translating business requirements into high-impact quality engineering strategies.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system architectures and implement innovative solutions that address long-term scalability challenges.
