We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Architect to spearhead our quality engineering initiatives in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural roadmap for our automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and aligned with modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance testing strategies. By championing a culture of quality and continuous integration, you will directly influence the speed of delivery and the overall reliability of our digital products, ultimately enhancing the end-user experience for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks from the ground up to support complex web and API-based ecosystems.

- Lead the technical migration and modernization of legacy testing suites to advanced tools like Playwright and WebdriverIO to improve execution efficiency.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to QA teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and best practices in code quality.

- Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment cycles.

- Evaluate emerging testing technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge in our quality assurance processes and business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, and WebdriverIO to drive high test coverage.

- Proven ability to design comprehensive API testing strategies using RestAssured, ensuring seamless integration across microservices architectures.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying bottlenecks in testing lifecycles and implementing innovative technical solutions.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Hyderabad, and capable of driving consensus across distributed global teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 10-12 years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering.
