About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with a strong background in the Insurance Healthcare domain, specifically with hands-on knowledge of Integral Life systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in business analysis, system testing, documentation, and modeling processes. This role requires the ability to interact directly with stakeholders, analyze business processes, translate requirements into functional documentation, and support end-to-end testing for mission-critical healthcare insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Domain Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Integral Life platform in the context of health insurance operations is mandatory.

- Deep understanding of healthcare insurance business processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Business Analysis & Documentation :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, process models, data dictionaries, and use case scenarios.

- Assist in designing optimized business workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.

- Participate in client meetings, elicit business goals, and convert them into actionable technical requirements.

Testing & Validation :

- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scripts based on business requirements.

- Assist in creating test scenarios, and validate system behavior against acceptance criteria.

- Conduct system, integration, and regression testing to ensure product quality and alignment with business needs.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis in collaboration with developers.

- Ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects.

System Design Support :

- Assist in translating business requirements into data and process models.

- Contribute to the design and modification of systems documentation to align with evolving client needs.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication of requirements and expectations throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in reviews and inspections to verify requirement implementation aligns with intended design.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 37+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Testing roles, specifically within the Healthcare Insurance domain.

- Proven experience with Integral Life systems and processes.

- Strong skills in creating process models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation.

- Experience in manual testing, requirement validation, and user acceptance support.

- Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
