Tessolve - Technical Lead - Wireless Testing

Job Overview :

- Own end-to-end test execution, including test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting

- Perform detailed log analysis and evaluate performance metrics to identify issues and improvements

- Utilize industry-standard wireless test platforms such as Anritsu for callbox-based testing

- Mentor and guide junior engineers on lab methodologies, test setups, and best practices

- Design and deliver technical training modules, including hands-on lab exercises and

simulation sessions

- Collaborate closely with development, system, and RF teams to ensure seamless technical

execution

- Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear insights and status

updates

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and validation strategies

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on expertise in LTE and 5G NR protocol testing and validation

- Protocol conformance, interoperability, and performance testing

- Proven experience with callbox testing using Anritsu (or equivalent platforms) and deep log

analysis

- Solid understanding of wireless protocols, signaling flows, and performance KPIs

- Proficiency in Python for test automation, scripting, and scenario modeling

- Experience working in lab environments, including test setup configuration and RF

measurements

- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide data-driven solutions

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

- Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
