- We are looking for a Senior Validation & Automation Framework Engineer to lead the architecture, scaling, and evolution of validation frameworks for automotive and embedded IPs.

- This role requires deep technical expertise, system-level thinking, and the ability to drive validation strategy, framework extensibility, and cross-team alignment across complex SoC environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead the development of large-scale, reusable automation frameworks

- Define and drive validation strategy for automotive IPs and subsystem-level integrations

- Own system-level validation coverage, traceability, and KPI reporting across programs

- Lead validation of automotive protocols including LIN, CAN, UART, I2C, FlexRay, GTM, and processor cores

- Design robust abstraction layers, APIs, and extensible framework components

- Integrate validation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and external workflows

- Drive advanced logging, diagnostics, and debug capabilities for complex system issues

- Lead lab automation initiatives using SCPI/VISA-controlled test equipment

- Perform deep root cause analysis and guide resolution of complex validation failures

- Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and system teams on end-to-end validation

- Review framework designs and code for scalability, performance, and maintainability

- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in validation and automation

- Maintain code quality and configuration management using Git, SVN, or similar tools

Required Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in validation, automation, or embedded/SoC verification

- Proven ownership of framework architecture in large-scale validation environments

- Strong experience driving system-level and KPI-based validation strategies

Technical Skills :

Programming & Scripting :

- Expert-level Python for automation and framework development

- Strong C/C++ for low-level validation and system interaction

- Shell scripting for automation and workflow integration

Framework Architecture :

- Large-scale, modular framework design

- Abstraction layers, API-driven architecture, and extensibility

- Advanced error handling, logging, and debug infrastructure

Automotive & Embedded Validation :

- Deep expertise validating automotive IPs and protocols (LIN, CAN, UART, I2C, FlexRay, GTM, processor cores)

CI/CD & Version Control :

- Strong experience integrating validation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines

- Proficient in Git, SVN, or similar tools

Lab Automation :

- Advanced experience with SCPI/VISA-based automation of lab equipment

Validation Strategy :

- KPI-driven coverage models and defect trend analysis

- Evidence-based reporting and continuous validation improvement
