The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SSO design, federated identity, and automated user provisioning using SCIM/UMAPI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Enterprise Identity & User Management solutions across systems.

- Design, implement, and support SSO integrations using Azure AD, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

- Configure and manage Federated Identity solutions.

- Implement and support Automated User Provisioning (SCIM, UMAPI).

- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Manage IAM-related tickets and provide L2/L3 support.

- Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve identity governance and security.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and SAML.

- Experience in SCIM and automated provisioning workflows.

- Good understanding of Federated Identity concepts.

- Experience in ticket handling and production support environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills (7+/10 preferred).
