Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring high standards of software design, development, and delivery.

- Drive the architecture and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap.

- Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and secure coding standards.

- Manage end-to-end software delivery for complex platforms and services.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.

- Identify and resolve technical risks while ensuring system reliability and performance at scale.

- Support hiring, mentoring, and career development of senior engineers and technical leads.

Required Qualifications :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in software development with significant leadership experience.

- Strong background in system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.

- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and delivering complex software products.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
