Description :

- 8 to 10+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering; 3 to 5 years hands-on with Terraform and Kubernetes/OpenShift in production.

- Strong in on?prem / private cloud (e.g., VMware vSphere/NSX-T, RHEL, storage classes, load balancers like F5/AVI/HAProxy).

- Expert in Terraform (modules, providers, remote state, workspaces, testing with Terratest, drift detection).

- Proficient in OpenShift : Operators, MachineSets/MachineConfigs, Routes/Ingress, SCCs, RBAC, NetworkPolicies, quotas/limits, Image Registry, ServiceMesh (nice-to-have), and OpenShift Pipelines/GitOps.

- Automation : Ansible (playbooks, roles, AWX/Ansible Tower), shell scripting; XL Release (Digital.ai Release) for orchestrated deployments & approvals.

- SCM & CI/CD : Git/Bitbucket, branch strategies, code review, Jenkins/GitLab CI, artifact management.

- Security & Compliance : Vault/KMS, OPA/Sentinel policies, image scanning, SBOMs, CIS benchmarks, auditability.

- Networking & DNS : CNI, ingress controllers, TLS, certificates (cert-manager), L4/L7 traffic management.

- Programming/Development : Proficient with Python/Go/Bash (or similar) to build tooling, CLIs, and pipeline integrations; understands SDLC, testing, and code quality.

- Solid understanding of ITIL, change management, incident/problem management in banking.
