Terraform Enterprise/Ansible Platform Administrator - Load Balancing Tools

Job Title : TFE (Terraform Enterprise) & Ansible Platform Administrator

Number of positions : 3

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore (WFO - all 5 days / week), 2pm to 11pm

Certifications : HashiCorp Terraform Associate(Must Have)

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and upgrade Terraform Enterprise (TFE) in HA mode.

- Manage TLS certificates, networking, DNS, and load balancer setup.

- Handle scaling, performance tuning, and availability of TFE.

- Define and execute backup and restore procedures for TFE clusters.

- Provision and manage organizations, workspaces, and teams.

- Configure SCIM/SSO integrations with identity providers (Okta, etc.).

- Enforce RBAC and governance policies using Terraform Sentinel or OPA.

- Manage VCS integrations (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and ensure smooth workflow automation.

- Administer Terraform versions, providers, and modules across workspaces.

- Manage remote state storage and enforce secure access controls.

- Configure run tasks (cost estimation, security scans, compliance checks).

- Act as a bridge between DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to drive platform adoption.

- Monitor TFE application health (logs, metrics, alerts) and ensure uptime.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Terraform runs, state locking, and concurrency.

Required Skill Set :

- Terraform Enterprise Expertise : Installation, upgrades, HA setup, scaling, and performance tuning.

- Identity & Governance : SCIM/SSO (Okta), RBAC, Sentinel/OPA for policy enforcement.

- CI/CD & VCS : GitHub integration, pipeline automation, and remote state management.

- Security & Compliance : Secrets management (Vault/TFE variable sets), cost and compliance run tasks.

- Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Application health, logs, metrics, state locking/concurrency issue resolution.

- Collaboration Skills : Work with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams for platform governance and adoption.

- Scripting & Automation : Bash, Python for admin automation and DR workflows.
