Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Architecture :

- Define and maintain the EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies.

- Develop high-level and low-level designs for EUC platforms (Windows, macOS, mobile, VDI).

Platform Ownership :

- Lead design and governance for Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and related endpoint management tools.

- Oversee VDI solutions (AVD, Citrix, or Horizon) and remote access technologies.

Security & Compliance :

- Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.

Application Lifecycle :

- Govern application packaging and distribution pipelines (Win32/MSIX/Jamf).

Innovation & Optimisation :

- Drive automation, self-service, and DEX (Digital Employee Experience) improvements.

Collaboration :

- Partner with Security, Network, and Application teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Documentation & Governance :

- Maintain architecture standards, SOPs, and runbooks.

- Participate in CAB and governance forums.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 8- 12 years in EUC/endpoint management, with at least 3 years in an architect role.

Technical Expertise :

- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, MECM), Autopilot, Windows Update for Business.

- VDI technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon).

- macOS and mobile device management (Jamf, Apple DEP, Android Enterprise).

- Security tools (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, ASR rules).

- Knowledge of : Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, VPN/ZTNA, FSLogix, scripting (PowerShell).

- Certifications (preferred) : Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
