We are looking for an experienced Temenos Technical Architect with deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), Temenos Integration Framework (TIF), and Temenos Infinity. The ideal candidate will lead the technical architecture for enterprise banking implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and upgrade-friendly solutions while driving best practices in extensibility and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for Temenos-based implementations.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

- Design extensible solutions by leveraging Temenos extensibility frameworks while minimizing core customizations.

- Architect integrations between Temenos platforms and enterprise applications using TIF and APIs.

- Define deployment architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards for implementation projects.

- Support Temenos version upgrades, patch management, and platform modernization initiatives.

- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and enterprise standards.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills :

- 12 - 17 years of IT experience with significant expertise in Temenos Transact (T24).

- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Integration Framework (TIF) and Temenos Infinity.

- Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale Temenos solution architectures.

- Strong understanding of Temenos extensibility frameworks and upgrade-friendly development practices.

- Experience with integration technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise application integration.

- Knowledge of deployment architecture, performance optimization, security, and scalability.

- Strong understanding of core banking processes and Temenos implementation methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based Temenos deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience in Temenos upgrades, migration, and modernization projects.

- Temenos certifications and experience in Agile delivery environments are an added advantage.
