Temenos T24 Quality Assurance Consultant

We are seeking experienced Temenos T24 QA professionals to join our growing delivery team. The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of Temenos T24 implementations through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and close collaboration with functional, technical, and business stakeholders. Candidates should have strong Temenos product knowledge, hands-on QA experience, and the ability to work in fast-paced banking transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and Temenos T24 product configurations.

- Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for T24 modules.

- Execute end-to-end, system integration, regression, and UAT testing for Temenos T24 implementations.

- Perform functional, non-functional, and data validation testing across banking workflows.

- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using standard QA and defect management tools.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and banking stakeholders to resolve defects efficiently.

- Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users and post-UAT sign-off activities.

- Participate in automation testing and scripting initiatives to improve test efficiency and coverage.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

For Senior/Lead roles :

- Mentor junior QA team members.

- Review test artifacts and provide quality sign-offs.

- Coordinate QA activities across multiple streams and releases.

- Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Temenos T24 business and product knowledge.

- Proven experience in T24 QA testing across implementation or upgrade projects.

- Hands-on experience in test planning, test case preparation, and execution.

- Experience with QA automation tools and scripting.

- Proficiency in QA and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.).

- Experience in end-to-end testing, regression testing, and UAT.

- Strong understanding of banking domains such as core banking, payments, deposits, loans, and customer lifecycle.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to multiple Temenos modules (Transact, TDH, Payments, Islamic Banking, etc.).

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.

- Knowledge of SQL and data validation.

- Prior experience working with global banking clients
