Job Title : Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Experience : - 6+ Years

Location : - Dubai / India (Hybrid or Remote options available)

NP : - Immediate - 30 Days Only

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of T24 solutions.

- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications documentation for various T24 modules.

- Participate in end-to-end T24 implementations, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment phases.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating results, and managing defect resolution.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as per business expectations.

- Provide functional expertise across core T24 modules such as Core Banking, Loans, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Payments, and Trade Finance.

- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions for new functionalities and system changes.

- Ensure that all deliverables comply with internal quality standards and project governance frameworks.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional / Business Analyst.

- Hands-on exposure to multiple T24 modules (Core, AA, Funds Transfer, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.).

- Strong understanding of T24 lifecycle, including parameterization, versioning, and local development.

- Experience with TCIB / IRIS / TAP / Temenos Transact preferred.

- Solid knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record in requirement elicitation, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Experience in SQL and data mapping for report validation will be an advantage.
