Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telematics QA Engineer to strengthen the quality and reliability of our Telematics platforms through scalable and automation-driven testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will work on validating next-generation Telematics Control Unit (TCU) features including Telephony, Data Connectivity, Satellite Communication (SatCom), WLAN, Audio, and Location services. This role is best suited for someone passionate about quality engineering, automation, and embedded systems validation.

You will contribute to a CI/CD-integrated validation ecosystem using gRPC-based Python automation frameworks to ensure stable, scalable, and production-ready releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute automated test strategies for Telematics platforms

- Validate TCU functionalities including:

1. Telephony

2. Data Connectivity

3. Satellite Communication (SatCom)

4. WLAN

5. Audio

6. Location Services

- Work on gRPC-based Python automation frameworks

- Contribute to CI/CD-integrated automation and validation workflows

- Identify defects early and improve release quality and confidence

- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot system-level and connectivity issues

- Collaborate with embedded, software, and integration teams for issue resolution

- Ensure product scalability, reliability, and production readiness

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in QA automation or embedded systems testing

- Strong understanding of test automation concepts and methodologies

- Hands-on experience with Python automation frameworks

- Knowledge of embedded systems and connectivity technologies

- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and automated validation workflows

- Understanding of networking and telematics-related technologies

- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with gRPC-based automation frameworks

- Exposure to Telematics Control Unit (TCU) validation

- Knowledge of WLAN, Audio, SatCom, or connectivity testing

- Understanding of Linux-based testing environments

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in :

- Computer Science
